The Under 18 Section, scheduled to take place at Mellish RFC, was unfortunately cancelled due to waterlogged pitches.
The Under 15 Section, however, did take place at Paviors RFC. 8 Teams took part in two Groups of 4.
The hosts NLD 'A' won their Group of 4 defeating Staffordshire, East Midlands (Northants and Beds) and Yorkshire.
Herts Won their Group (see results below) and played NLD 'A' in a repeat of last Seasons Final. This time NLD 'A' deservadly won the Trophy in another close match.

This is the end of this Season's County Programme, as between January and Easter is when the Regional Programme takes place, but Herts are planning to repeat last Seasons successful County Development Fixtures during this period.
