This year's Community Sports Summit is FREE to all those involved in delivering sport and physical activity in schools and the community. The summit provides an opportunity for delegates to be brought up to speed on a number of topical issues and the changing landscape for the delivery of sport in England.

The programme includes workshops that will cover areas as diverse as safeguarding and child protection; sports volunteering; the government's Physical Education and Sports Strategy for Young People (PESSYP); Sport England's new grant scheme; Community Sports Networks (CSNs); and a session by one of the country's leading funding advisers, Svend Elkjaer of Sports Marketing Network, intriguingly entitled ‘From Doggy Walks to Direct Debits - 42 ways your club can grow its income'.
